Legacy Legal Recruiting LLC is seeking a Legal Case Manager in Florida. You’ll be the central point of contact for clients, move cases forward, coordinate medical treatment, and support your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish, serving as the main client contact, coordinating care, gathering medical records and billing, and maintaining detailed digital files.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Pre-litigation experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
