Job summary

LEGACY LEGAL RECRUITING LLC in Florida seeks a Legal Case Manager to be the central contact for clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist attorneys in building organized cases. This temporary role will convert to a permanent position.

Responsibilities include managing a personal injury caseload from start to finish, acting as main client liaison, coordinating medical care, gathering records, and maintaining digital files. The candidate must be detail-oriented and dependable.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Pre-litigation experience required.
• 1 year in legal case management or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.

• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates

As a Legal Case Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients and a key player in moving cases forward. You'll work closely with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases.
