Job summary

ICL is seeking a Social Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day case management staff and coordinate services for residents, reporting to the Director of Social Services. The role emphasizes training, supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will assign caseloads, review intakes, and support staff in delivering clinical services while maintaining staff performance and program quality in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a recognized mental health discipline (social work, psychology, nursing, rehab counseling, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing direct services to individuals with mental illness, preferably providing case management or outreach services.
• CASAC preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day oversight and coordination of assigned case management staff.
• Assist in selecting, training, and supervising staff; substitute for the Director of Social Services in their absence.
• Assign caseloads, coordinate staff activities, and ensure compliance with agency and funder regulations.
• Monitor service quality, ensure proper documentation, and maintain property accountability as assigned.
• Participate in staff development, meetings, and program improvements.
