Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work with licensure potential.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision and leadership to the supports coordination team.
• Monitors service delivery and ensures policy adherence across the unit.
• Oversees client-centered planning and trauma-informed practices.
• Assists with residential placements and waiver oversight as needed.
