Job summary

ICL Bronx location seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee mental health treatment activities and administrative operations, ensuring programs meet agency and regulatory standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human services and at least three years in case management, with supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field; minimum three years’ experience in case management.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in a mental health program desirable.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care guidelines.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at all levels.
• Ability to use and maintain office equipment and documentation with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provides Clinical Oversight to Case Management Staff.
• Oversee intake and screening activities of case managers to ensure appropriate enrollment and payer identification.
• Supervises assessments, eligibility determinations, and service planning with consideration of cultural and language needs.
• Supervises development and implementation of case management plans and ensures timely documentation.
• Oversees crisis intervention services and ensures service quality within budget.
• Direct and supervise personnel; manage schedules, time reporting and staff development.
• Maintains program compliance with regulatory policies and audits.
• Fosters community relations and collaboration with stakeholders.
