The Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks a dynamic Human Services Supervisor to orient, train, and directly supervise HSC I staff and oversee case management services. Based in Taunton, this 40-hour-per-week position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of case management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• At least four years of full-time or equivalent case management experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Class D driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and crisis intervention.
• Strong written and oral communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case supervision and consultation to case managers.
• Ensure implementation of case management regulations and policies.
• Conduct employee performance reviews within prescribed timelines.
• Assist Site Director in contract monitoring and billing review.
• Conduct Level of Care assessments for ACCS clients within timeframes.
• Facilitate risk management activities as needed.
• Perform needs assessments and respond to service referrals.
• Support movement between care settings and DMH program targets.
• Participate in DMH improvement activities with data presentation.
• Complete mandatory trainings and related duties.
