• Conduct regular supervision meetings and support professional development.
• Provide direct service and on-call backup as necessary.
• Monitor case management records to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Ensure all mandated paperwork is completed in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Verify that required direct service contacts are completed.
• Monitor staff time sheets, expense reports, vehicle usage, transportation tokens, and other operational resources.
• Submit required reports and monitor service unit projections.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external service providers.
• Support coordination of services to ensure continuity of care for consumers.
