Job summary

County of McLeod seeks a Full-Time clerical professional to support social services operations. The role involves reviewing case records, processing intake, coordinating referrals, and maintaining documentation with attention to accuracy and privacy.

Qualifications

• Three years of clerical experience and/or experience working with the public.
• Two years of clerical experience in a social service/human services agency.
• Two years of study in behavioral sciences (college coursework).
• Knowledge of intake processes and data privacy expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review case records for completion of required agency forms.
• Complete intake daily and explain intake process to clients.
• Coordinate referrals to other HHS units and community resources.
• Perform administrative and clerical functions for the social services team.
• Assist with preparing reports and correspondence.
