Responsibilities

• Determines eligibility for selected programs for clients.
• Performs case support activities: home visits, licensing inspections, processing applications, etc.
• Transports clients and assists with scheduling appointments.
• Maintains unit case records/files/databases and assists with bill payments and balancing accounts.
• Assist with chart audits and case management as assigned.
