• Two years of experience in a 3PL environment with hands-on trucking bookings.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carrier Acquisition & Development: develop and increase profitable volume with carriers and build strong relationships.
• Exceptional Customer Service: deliver outstanding service in every interaction.
• Branch Operations: manage loads, set up carriers, schedule pick-ups/deliveries, update systems.
