Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to build and maintain carrier relationships, negotiate pricing, and drive on-time performance for our shippers. You will contribute to a fast-paced sales environment with eligibility for a monthly bonus in the first full calendar month.

You will develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, lanes, and carrier qualification requirements while meeting or exceeding sales and service metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a carrier management or carrier sales role or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers via phone and email.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels with timely pickups and deliveries.
• Meet or exceed team and individual performance goals.
• Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and freight market factors.
• Manage carrier profiles and advocate for carriers across all levels.
• Learn internal freight lanes and match carriers to lanes.
