Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a high-energy sales operations specialist to build and maintain carrier relationships in a fast-paced environment. The role includes establishing relationships, negotiating, and developing carriers to support expedite freight needs.

You will secure capacity, monitor shipment status, handle rescheduling and detention, and learn the freight network to match carriers with internal freight.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; related experience in transportation/logistics.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/cold calling or related setting.
• Ability to work Wednesday-Sunday from home and train in office first week.

• Eligible for monthly bonus in addition to base salary in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Work schedule Wednesday-Sunday 1:30pm-10:00pm from home after first week of in-office training.
