Responsibilities

• Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email to support Uber Freight's accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels with on-time freight using safe carriers.
• Meet or exceed team and personal performance goals.
• Develop knowledge of carrier supply, spot market pricing, and freight market factors.
• Manage carrier profiles and advocate for carriers.
• Learn internal freight lanes and match carriers to lanes.
