Job summary

Uber Freight is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative II in Rogers, AR. You will build and manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure on-time pickups with safe, reliable carriers. A monthly bonus is available in your first full calendar month, alongside base salary, in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will develop knowledge of lanes, spot market pricing, and carrier requirements while meeting team and personal performance targets in a dynamic freight network.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in a sales/cold call setting or related experience.
• Track and trace experience preferred.
• Experience booking Hazmat, Tanker Endorsed, and flatbed freight.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email to develop specialized and dedicated carriers.
• Engage and build relationships with carriers across dry van, reefer, hazmat, tanker endorsed, and flatbed freight.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers.
• Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals.
• Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors affecting freight markets.
• Carrier profile management—learn carrier requirements, needs, contacts and update profiles regularly; advocate for the carrier.

About the Role

As a Carrier Sales Representative II, you are a key contributor to Uber Freight's business by generating and maintaining carrier relationships. You will be eligible to earn a monthly bonus, in addition to your base salary, in your first full calendar month and enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment.

What the Candidate Will Do

Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email in order to develop specialized and dedicated carriers

Engage and build relationships with carriers across dry van, reefer, hazmat, tanker endorsed, and flatbed freight specific to Uber Freight specialized services.

Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers

Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals

Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors that impact freight markets

Carrier profile management- learn carrier requirements, needs, contacts and update carrier profiles regularly. Be an advocate for the carrier on all levels

Acquire knowledge of freight network/lanes- know what internal freight lanes we run and find carriers that match these lanes

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2+ years of professional experience in a sales/cold call setting or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Track and trace experience

Experienced booking carriers for Hazmat, Tanker Endorsed, and flatbed freight

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
