Job summary

RXO Inc. is hiring an Associate Carrier Sales Representative in Chicago, IL to source and secure carriers for freight. You will negotiate rates, manage carrier relations, and ensure timely, cost-effective shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in procurement, transportation, or related sales/customer service, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Onsite work with competitive pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year of procurement experience.
• 1 year of transportation experience (preferred).
• 2 years of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight.
• Maintain communication with carriers and customers for quality freight movement.
• Inform all parties of route changes, delays, or issues as necessary.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments and update RXO systems.
