Job summary

RXO Inc. seeks an Associate Carrier Sales Representative in Denver, CO to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for freight across North America.

You will cultivate carrier relationships, coordinate with customers, and ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of shipments. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion while working independently within authorized limits.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate carrier relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move freight.
• Maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers for high-quality freight movement.
• Inform all parties of route changes, delays, or issues as necessary.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments, considering weather, traffic, miles, and service rules.
