RXO Inc. in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for freight movements while maintaining carrier relationships and ensuring cost-effective, timely service for customers.

The role prioritizes clear communication, problem-solving, and proactive shipment coordination. The candidate will work closely with customers and carriers to ensure timely updates, optimize routing, and uphold RXO's service standards.

Formación

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Responsabilidades

• Source and secure carriers to move freight
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and communicate changes
• Update information in company operating systems
• Conduct research for potential leads and perform cold calls
• Track carrier charges and ensure invoicing accuracy
