RXO, Inc. is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to source, negotiate, and secure carriers for timely and cost-efficient freight movement across North America. The role emphasizes building strong carrier relationships, ongoing carrier/customer communication, and adherence to RXO protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bulk transportation experience (Tank Truck, Pneumatic and ISO’s).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 3 years of transportation experience; 2 years of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong core bulk carrier relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move freight.
• Maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers to ensure a high-quality freight movement process.
• Inform all parties of route changes, delays, or issues as necessary.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointment times, considering weather, traffic, miles, and service rules.
