Job summary

LS Nexus in Cedar Rapids is hiring a Carrier Representative to build and maintain relationships with carriers, source truck capacity, and coordinate with customers to meet delivery needs.

The role operates 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday from our Cedar Rapids office with training available for the right candidate. Starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Source truck capacity to meet customer and carrier needs.
• Communicate with carriers via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Support LS Nexus needs by aligning carrier capacity with customer requirements.
• Work from the Cedar Rapids office during standard hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Due to growth and business needs, LS Nexus is hiring a Carrier Representative in order to provide superior service to its customers and its carriers.LS Nexus matches transportation supply chain loads with independent transporters to efficiently and effectively get products and materials delivered when and where they are needed.

Starting pay is $50,000-$60,000.00 a year plus quarterly bonuses.

The Carrier Representative establishes relationships with new & existing carriers while working as a team member.

We engage those relationships utilizing phone, email, & instant message tools. Through the relationships that the Carrier Representative builds, the Carrier Representative sources truck capacity and works to fulfill the needs of LS Nexus’ customers and the needs of the carriers.
