Job summary

LS Nexus is hiring a Carrier Representative in Cedar Rapids to provide superior service to customers and carriers. The role focuses on building relationships with carriers, sourcing capacity, and coordinating loads to fulfill customer needs.

Starting pay is $50,000–$60,000 per year with quarterly bonuses. Training is available for the right candidate, and the position operates 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, from our Cedar Rapids office.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Source truck capacity and coordinate loads to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with carriers and customers via phone, email and chat.
• Work as a team member to fulfill LS Nexus' requirements.
