LS Nexus in Cedar Rapids is hiring a Carrier Representative to build and maintain relationships with carriers, source truck capacity, and coordinate with customers to meet delivery needs.

The role operates 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday from our Cedar Rapids office with training available for the right candidate. Starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually plus quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Source truck capacity to meet customer and carrier needs.
• Communicate with carriers via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Support LS Nexus needs by aligning carrier capacity with customer requirements.
• Work from the Cedar Rapids office during standard hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
