Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Monitor account activity and reactivate inactive or underutilized accounts.
• Leverage technology to enhance carrier satisfaction and efficiency.
• Analyze freight market trends to guide pricing decisions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve carrier issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates and problem resolution.
