Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative to blend inside sales, account management, and operations. You will build carrier relationships, negotiate capacity, and use technology to optimize performance.

The role offers onboarding, top-tier training, and a supportive team culture. In-office four days a week with one remote day, plus opportunities for internal promotion and competitive base pay with bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Monitor account activity and reactivate inactive or underutilized accounts.
• Leverage technology (booking products, carrier site, mobile apps) to enhance carrier satisfaction.
• Support Capacity Procurement and guide buying/negotiating strategies.
• Analyze freight market trends and seasonality to inform pricing decisions.
• Post, negotiate and secure available capacity to meet customer needs.
