Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Analyze freight market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Post, negotiate, and secure available capacity to meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve carrier issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for shipment updates and problem resolution.
