Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through outreach and referrals.
• Learn carriers’ goals and capabilities to maximize satisfaction.
• Monitor activity and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Leverage booking tools and apps to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
• Analyze freight market trends to guide pricing decisions.
• Proactively post and secure available capacity to meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional carrier service and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on‑time pickup and delivery.
