C.H. Robinson is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative in Charlotte, NC to blend inside sales, account management and operations. You will grow and manage a portfolio of carriers, matching the right truck with the right shipment at the right time and price.

You will collaborate with trucking company owners, dispatchers and drivers, while benefiting from onboarding and ongoing development in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management or carrier relations is preferred.
• Ability to build carrier relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation and referrals.
• Use tech tools to improve carrier satisfaction and efficiency.
• Monitor activity and reactivate underutilized accounts.
• Support pricing decisions with market insights and internal tools.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing issues promptly and proposing solutions.
