Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight meeting client needs and build relationships.
• Provide consistent service levels to carriers and internal customers to grow the pipeline.
• Develop carrier relationships via lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Analyze carriers and freight market to meet customer freight needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales margins and KPIs.
• Proactively communicate with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.
