Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight.
• Provide consistent service levels to carriers and internal customers to grow the pipeline.
• Develop carrier relationships through lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Analyze carriers and freight markets to meet customers’ freight needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales margin expectations and KPIs.
• Communicate proactively with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.
