Zusammenfassung

Freight Flex, LLC is seeking an Account Manager/Carrier Sales Representative to build and manage strong relationships with our carrier network, source qualified carriers, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure shipments move efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competitive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with experience in 3PL or freight brokerage and strong communication skills. This role offers base pay plus commission and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales, recruiting, customer service, or relationship-management experience preferred
• Experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or carrier sales preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making a high volume of calls and negotiations

Aufgaben

• Source, onboard, and develop relationships with carrier partners
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability while maintaining service expectations
• Maintain accurate shipment and carrier records in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives and operations teams to support shipment needs
