Responsibilities

• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move freight and build essential relationships.
• CUSTOMER GROWTH: deliver consistent service to carriers and internal customers to grow the pipeline.
• RELATIONSHIPS: expand carrier relationships via lead generation and referrals.
• FREIGHT OPERATIONS: analyze carriers and market to meet customer freight needs.
• RESULTS: meet and exceed monthly sales margins and KPIs.
• COMMUNICATION: coordinate with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.
