Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge in the logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight to meet client needs.
• Provide consistent service levels to carriers and internal customers to enable pipeline growth.
• Develop carrier relationships through lead generation, cold-calling, and referrals.
• Analyze carriers and freight market to meet customers’ freight needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales margins and maintain KPIs.
• Proactively communicate with carriers and sales teams to fulfill commitments and resolve problems.
