Qualifications

• Experience negotiating rates and contracts with carriers and shippers.
• Ability to source capacity, manage loads, and track progress.
• Comfort with cold outreach and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a carrier network through outreach and relationship development.
• Negotiate rates and contracts balancing competitiveness with margin.
• Source and secure capacity for customer loads and match to freight.
• Manage full load lifecycle from dispatch to delivery communications.
• Maintain accurate data in the TMS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management.
