Responsibilities

• Be the go-to for a portfolio of shipper clients, from quote to final delivery
• Grow each account by winning more freight using pricing tools and identifying lanes, opportunities and volume for growth
• Lead business reviews with customers and understand trends in load count, revenue, and margin
• Onboard new customers won by our Sales team and turn them into long-term accounts
• Coordinate the shipment lifecycle with Track and Trace and Carrier Sales to keep service levels high
