Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in carrier sales, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience collaborating with sales, operations, and carriers to meet shipping needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and develop carriers to support freight needs.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels with carriers.
• Draft and manage contracts with carriers and ensure compliance.
• Monitor market trends and carrier capacity to maintain competitiveness.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to execute transportation services.
• Address carrier issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
