You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with carriers and customers, and contribute to revenue and margin goals. This role offers base pay with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

• Previous carrier sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure carrier capacity through negotiation on spot/transactional basis.
• Prospect and cultivate new carrier leads to grow capacity.
• Track shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers.
• Use proprietary technology to match capacity with freight.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
