• Sources, qualifies, and develops strategic carrier partners for current and future freight needs.
• Builds and maintains accurate carrier profiles within company systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Applies data-driven insights and compliance requirements to evaluate, select, and maintain a high-performing carrier network.
• Utilizes data, technology, and market insights to match carriers with optimal freight opportunities.
• Develops long-term carrier relationships focused on performance, reliability, and mutual growth.
• Identifies and connects carrier candidates for specific freight opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with operations, pricing, sales, and customer teams to support customer success.
• Supports strategic initiatives to strengthen and scale DLX's carrier network.
• Monitors carrier performance and market trends to proactively address capacity needs.
• Other duties as assigned
