We expect you to be a reliable professional able to balance carrier orientation with a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Operations Representative, Account Executive, Carrier Specialist or in other sales/customer service role.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• A business acumen; enthusiastic, self-motivated; BS or BA in business is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Unearth new carrier sales opportunities through networking and turn them into partnerships, and provide carrier direct rates to customers and cover shipments.
• Work with carriers navigating our platform, including tender acceptance, tracking, and active quoting in the Marketplace; present products to prospective carriers.
• Remain in frequent contact with carriers to understand their needs.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
• Targeting minimum 10 shipments per day on average (monthly scale).
