Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of freight brokerage/logistics experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams to meet load, margin, and activity goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage Carrier Sales Zone Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive office-level alignment on load booking, margins, service standards, and efficiency.
• Analyze zone data and market trends to optimize carrier sourcing and coverage.
• Partner with Regional Manager on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of Zone Managers and Carrier Accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Management and local Sales on pricing, RFPs, and service delivery.
