Allen Lund Company in Westlake, Ohio seeks a Carrier Manager to lead a high-performing Carrier Sales team. You’ll coach reps, optimize lane strategies, source and qualify top truckload and LTL carriers, and secure reliable capacity to keep freight moving under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management.
• Proven ability to build trust and win profitable deals.
• Leader and coach with high energy and strong communication.
• Decisive under pressure with ability to solve supply chain puzzles.
• College degree or equivalent real-world industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Carrier Sales Reps, shaping lane strategy and deal-closing.
• Source, qualify, and secure high-performing carriers and build relationships with fleet leaders.
• Drive profitable growth by expanding volume with existing partners and identifying new capacity.
• Make fast, high-judgment decisions to keep freight moving and protect margins.
• Lead from the front, upholding Customer, Company, Office values.
