You will source top carriers, negotiate key lanes, and cultivate long-term partnerships, turning drivers into strategic partners in a fast-moving operation.

You’ll mentor reps, expand profitable volume, and safeguard margins with quick thinking and sharp negotiation in a role that values proactive leadership and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management.
• Knowledge of market lanes and how to talk to carriers.
• Proven ability to build trust and win mutually profitable deals.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• College degree or equivalent real-world industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate a high-performing Carrier Sales Reps team.
• Source and secure high-performing truckload and LTL carriers, building deep relationships with fleet leaders to lock down target lanes.
• Negotiate key lanes and expand profitable volume with existing partners while identifying new capacity opportunities.
• Make fast, high-judgment decisions to keep freight moving and protect margins in a fast-moving environment.
• Set the standard by leading from the front and upholding Customer, Company, Office values.
