Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management.
• Natural negotiator with ability to build trust and close profitable deals.
• Leader and coach with energy, drive and strong communication.
• Decisive under pressure; solves supply chain puzzles quickly.
• College degree or equivalent real-world industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Carrier Sales Reps to improve lane strategy and deals.
• Source and secure high-performing truckload/LTL carriers; build relationships.
• Expand profitable volume with current partners; identify new capacity.
• Make quick, high-judgment decisions to keep freight moving and margins.
• Lead from the front, upholding Customer, Company, Office principles.
