Shamrock Trading Corporation in Franklin, TN is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to proactively grow our carrier network across the United States and Canada. You will prospect, qualify, and enroll new carriers while building long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.

This role emphasizes sales discipline, negotiation, and the ability to optimize transit times and costs. You’ll coordinate scheduling, track loads, and participate in transportation bids, working both independently

• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit prospective carriers to join our carrier network.
• Develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Learn the trucking industry by growing under-performing client accounts and maximizing profitability.
• Build and manage an existing carrier network to meet customer needs.
• Improve customer service, transit times and transportation costs.
• Coordinate logistics activity, including scheduling arrival dates and delivery appointments.
• Track and trace orders for each load and complete load-related paperwork.
• Participate in transportation bids for current and prospective clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
