You will source new carriers, negotiate terms, and expand your book of business while leveraging Echo’s data-driven tools and apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 0–5 years in logistics or sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Quick learner with ability to multi-task and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in truckload marketplace.
• Identify, source and procure new carrier relationships.
• Manage carrier network to ensure service levels and continuous improvement.
• Navigate Echo’s software to manage daily load tasks and buying decisions.
