You will negotiate terms, source new carriers, and expand Echo’s market share while coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The role includes a 7-week paid training program, uncapped earning potential through commissions, and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-5 years' experience in logistics or sales.
• Driven and competitive nature.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Quick learner with ability to multi-task.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace.
• Identify, source and procure new carrier relationships.
• Establish internal relationships within Echo to expand your book of business.
• Manage carrier network to ensure accurate levels of service.
• Utilize data driven resources to make informed buying decisions.
• Navigate Echo’s proprietary software to manage daily operational load management tasks.
