Echo Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Carrier Development Representative in Chicago to build and manage a carrier network for cost-effective logistics solutions.

You will negotiate terms, source new carriers, and expand Echo’s market share while coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. The role includes a 7-week paid training program, uncapped earning potential through commissions, and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

As a Carrier Development Representative, you are on the sourcing side of the brokerage, establishing relationships to provide cost-effective logistics solutions for Echo’s customers. You will develop strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. As you advance your sales skillset, there will be opportunity to take your career to the next level! Hiring for June 2027.

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace
