Echo Global Logistics, Inc is seeking a Carrier Development Representative in Illinois to build and manage carrier relationships in the truckload marketplace, delivering cost-effective solutions for Echo’s customers. You will source new carriers, negotiate terms, and expand your book of business while leveraging Echo’s data-driven tools and apprenticeship program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 0–5 years in logistics or sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

As a Carrier Development Representative, you are on the sourcing side of the brokerage, establishing relationships to provide cost-effective logistics solutions for Echo’s customers. You will develop strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
