You will learn and grow through a structured training program and have opportunities for advancement. The position emphasizes negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a seven-week paid training track and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace.
• Identify, source and procure new carrier relationships.
• Expand internal Echo relationships to grow book of business.
• Manage carrier network to ensure service levels.
• Use data resources to make informed buying decisions.
• Navigate Echo’s software to manage daily load tasks.
