Echo Global Logistics is seeking a Carrier Development Representative in Michigan to build and manage carrier relationships in the truckload marketplace, source new carriers, and expand our book of business.

The role includes a 7-week paid training program, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Start date is June 2027, with an office environment and open seating.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace.

• Establish internal relationships to expand your book of business.
• Manage carrier network to ensure levels of service.
• Use data driven resources to inform buying decisions.
• Navigate Echo's proprietary software for load management.
