Echo Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Carrier Development Representative to source carriers and build cost-effective solutions for clients. You will develop negotiation and interpersonal skills while expanding your book of business.

Start Date: June 2027. The role includes a 7-week paid Training Program and an in-house continuous education track to support career growth and advancement in a collaborative office environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace.
• Identify, source and procure new carriers relationships.
• Establish internal relationships within Echo to expand your book of business.
• Manage carrier network to ensure accurate levels of service.
• Utilize data driven resources to make informed buying decisions.
• Navigate Echo’s proprietary software to manage daily operational load management tasks.

• - Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace
