Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party Carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, and support on-time deliveries. The role offers hourly pay and full-time schedules with benefits in a Fortune 500 logistics environment.

The candidate will handle RAs, invoicing queries, and daily carrier coordination while supporting the Operations Supervisor and maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, billing, and customer satisfaction.
• Update orders on RTBS report; work with Network Carriers to schedule orders.
• Process RAs and related documentation for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and update system to invoice the client.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
